It was fifty year ago, when there was on such facility of education at Chapoli. There was no option other than going to urban area for education. It was not possible for poor people to provide education to their children. Shri. Narayanrao Daulatrao Chate had to travel from Chapoli to Chakur, Chakur to Loha and Loha to Aurangabad for higher education. He felt that it was not possible to poor people from rural area to provide such facility for their children to get education. At that time he dreamt the dream of providing higher education in his birth place i.e. Chapoli. Keeping in view the need of the people, Shri Narayanrao Daulatrao Chate along with some citizens having social bondage and vision of education established ‘Navyuvak Education Society,Chapoli in June 1964.
