SanjeevaneeMahavidyalaya,Chapoli affiliated to Swami RamanandaTeerthMarathwada University, Nanded and run by NavyuvakShikshanPrasarakMandalChapoliTalukaChakur District Latur has prepared an ideal code of conduct forPrincipal, Office Superintendent, Stenographer, Assistant/Associate Professors, Clerks, Librarian, Laboratory Assistant, Peon and Students to perform their duties in college.

Principal:

  • As the head of the institution, the principal has to plan all the administrative, academic and other work in the college
  • In order to complete all the work in the college in a planned manner, the principal should divide the work among all concerned and review it
  • To promote innovative programs in the college by encouraging the concerned staff
  • Treating all the employees of the college as equals by taking special care that they will not be treated unfairly.

Office Superintendent:

1) To control the functioning of every department in the office

2) Getting work done within the prescribed time by the concerned staff

3) Immediate notification of confidential information to the organization and the Principal

Shorthand:

  • To assist Principal in administrative and personal correspondence
  • Taking dictation from the Principal and Office Superintendent
  • To preserve confidential report correspondence

Assistant/Associate Professor:

  • Assistant/AssociateProfessors plan the annual academic work of their department
  • Completion of the course prescribed by the University within the prescribed time
  • To assist Principal in administrative and educational work
  • Regular and punctual attendance in the college
  • Assistant/AssociateProfessors should not discriminate on the basis of religion, caste, race and gender
  • Creating a future generation by teaching stress-free active teaching
  • Assistant/AssociateProfessors are also prohibited from using college equipment for their own personal purposes
  • Assistant/AssociateProfessors should impart knowledge to all students equally and without discrimination
  • Assistant/AssociateProfessors should not bring any private interest in college work
  • To complete the course within the stipulated period and evaluate it .
  • The work assigned to you by the university should be completed on time
  • Assistant/AssociateProfessors must provide research guidance to undergraduate and postgraduate and Ph. D. students
  • Assistant/AssociateProfessors should work honestly and collectively for the public interest of the college

Librarian:

  • Purchase the books required in the college library and keep a record of them
  • Exchanging library books for students
  • Librarians pay special attention to create an ideal and digital library
  • Librarians will register the new books in the library and classify them according to the rules and keep all the books

Clerks:

  • To complete the work assigned by the Principal on time
  • Assist in the office work as directed by the manager from time to time
  • Department of Student, Department Accounting, Department Home Department handling other types of work
  • Salary Payments Income Tax Form Check the provident fund payments in due time and submit to the concerned government office

Peons:

  • To perform all the tasks assigned by the office bearers
  • Cleaning and sanitation of college premises and classrooms
  • Promptly obey orders from superiors
  • No recording or photography equipment should be kept in the college Campus
  • You should follow the instructions of The Principal, Assistant/AssociateProfessors and senior officers

Students:

  • Students should attend college regularly
  • Students should not smoke in college
  • Students should not carry any recording or photography equipment in the college premises
  • Students should not behave in a way that will damage college property
  • Students should come to the college in uniform and keep an identity card with them
  • Students should go to the library in their spare time and read books
  • Attendance more than 75 percent as per university rules is obligatory
  • Students should behave with all the staff
